We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Representative to join our busy office in Warwick, NY. this job offer offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, starting as a temporary function with the potential to become permanent. As an Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting walk-in clients, processing payments, and obtaining information for new sales or policy changes.

Insurance Representative General Requirements:

»Prior practice in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.

»Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written.

»Strong organizational expertise and the capability to multitask effectively.

»Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

»Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.

» capability to lgain and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.

»Strong customer service expertise and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

»Availcapability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Insurance Representative Responsibilities:

»Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service and covering inquiries or concerns.

»Assist walk-in clients, providing them with information and support regarding their insurance policies.

»Process payments and ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions.

»Gather necessary information from clients for new sales or policy changes, accurately documenting the details.

»Lgain and navigate the company's management system and websites to access and update client information.

»Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

»Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
