UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team and help create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products. This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, user focused, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement solutions
• Design intuitive interfaces for web and application based products
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs
• Maintain consistency across products by following design systems and standards
• Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and business goals
• Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive designs
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving ability
