Showroom Intern - New York Fashion Week (September 2026)
- Assist with showroom set-up and pack-down.
- Prepare and organise collections before buyer appointments.
- Welcome buyers and guests.
- Support the sales team during appointments.
- Assist with dressing the showroom model.
- Ensure the showroom is kept organised and presented to a high standard.
- Help manage samples, deliveries and courier shipments.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and general administrative tasks.
This is an unpaid internship . Daily lunch and local transportation (subway)will be provided by the company. We are looking for someone who is:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Fashion, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and wholesale.
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn.
- Professional with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Based in New York or able to arrange accommodation for the internship.
Previous showroom or retail experience is an advantage but is not essential. A positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are the qualities we value most.
