Quality Assurance Coordinator
- Pay Rate: $28-$29 per hour
- Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm, days off TBD but will be scheduled at least one weekend day
- Manage daily deal flow across assigned sales lines and sites.
- Assign deals to Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) within required timelines (within 10 minutes of submission notification).
- Review and validate deal submissions, ensuring all required documentation (New Deal Checklist, IDs, and pre-pack requirements) are complete.
- Contract & appointment Scheduling management
- Ensure payments are scheduled and tracked.
- Monitor declined payments and follow up with QAS for resolution.
- Prepare and distribute weekly summary reports to QA Management.
- Maintain accurate Daily Sales Logs, including contract details and status updates.
- Update and maintain Penders and Financial Commitment (FCC) reports daily:
- Handle inbound customer service calls, prioritizing time-sensitive requests (e.g., rescission cases)
- Updates Office Inventory for NMJ Collateral etc.
- Process contract cancellations and manage rescission workflows.
- Support operational needs such as general supply delivery coordination and service requests.
- Maintain QA tools, systems, and reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Available on weekends
- Prior administrative/customer support background
