Air Duct Cleaning Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential air ducts, dryer vents, and indoor air quality systems.
• Safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment, hoses, vacuums, and tools.
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures to guarantee superior results.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of all equipment and service vehicles.
• Interact professionally with homeowners, explaining the cleaning process clearly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing basic inquiries.
• Respect customer property and ensure that work areas are left clean after tasks are completed.
• Meet at the shop each morning, traveling with the team to various job sites.
• Complete an average of two residential jobs per day.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment, and prepare for each service call efficiently.
• Document all work performed and communicate any issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow company safety procedures and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify potential hazards and report any safety concerns.
• Ensure the safe operation of all tools and equipment at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or home services is advantageous but not essential.
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain consistent working hours.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
