Payroll/Accounting ClerkJob Type
Full time: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, non-exempt position
Pay Rate: starting at $40,000 depending on practice
Qualifications
Minimum requirement – High School Diploma or equivalent.
Payroll practice a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
Attention to detail is a must.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
»Managing the bi-weekly payroll process through CheckWise Payroll by monitoring time clock punches and time off requests.
»Verifying timesheets, calculating necessary deductions, and updating employee information inthe payroll system.
»Entering I9 information and maintaining binder.
»Preparing and entering the Payroll Journal entry into Quickbooks.
