- Develop a deep understanding of Galaxy’s growing data center business
- Coordinate contract management, purchase orders, and document review processes
- Collaborate with the purchasing team, financial operations team, accounting team, vendors and counterparties
- Manage RFPs and RFIs end-to-end, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation
- Support internal teams by maintaining organized records and tracking deliverables
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of agreements
- Utilize ERP systems to track, process, and report on purchasing and contract activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience within Supply Chain
- Strong organizational and time management skills — punctual and detail-oriented
- Team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Interest in optimizing processes and contributing to operational efficiency
- Previous experience in procurement, vendor management, or operations coordination
- Experience with contract management and document review
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Project Management experience
