Maniani Group is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a business environment. Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Track bills, invoices, and vendor payments
- Draft and manage professional email communication
- Monitor and organize inboxes
- Prepare expense reports and basic financial summaries
- Create and improve systems to better track office operations
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Support management with administrative and operational needs
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, documents)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willingness to learn and improve office systems
- Reliable and detail-oriented
