Maniani Group is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a business environment. Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Track bills, invoices, and vendor payments
  • Draft and manage professional email communication
  • Monitor and organize inboxes
  • Prepare expense reports and basic financial summaries
  • Create and improve systems to better track office operations
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Support management with administrative and operational needs

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, documents)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Willingness to learn and improve office systems
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
