Chef Ladner’s return to the very kitchen where his culinary journey began is nothing short of momentous. Building on his celebrated work at Lupa and Del Posto — where he earned two Michelin stars and a four-star New York Times review — his reimagined menu will honor Italy’s rich regional traditions through his unique and visionary lens. This is paired with a world-class wine program featuring benchmark producers and rare, cellar-worthy gems.

As the first point of contact, you set the tone for each guest’s experience—creating an immediate sense of hospitality and ensuring every visit begins with ease and professionalism. From managing reservations and orchestrating the flow of the dining room to greeting regulars and first-time guests alike, you play a vital role in shaping the atmosphere and delivering an exceptional first impression.

Qualifications:

• Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
• 4+ year of experience in a busy/well rated NYT restaurant as a host or reservationist
• Familiarity & experience operating OpenTable or Resy reservations systems
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
