Regional director of physical therapy

We are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Director to oversee and grow our two New York Locations - Upper West Side in NYC and Irvington, Westchester, NY.

You should have a positive track record managing multiple offices and a background in physical therapy (6+ years) with an active license in NY state. We are looking for an invidivual who can lead a team - providing both managerial and clinical guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates in the clinic
• Lead the clinical and financial operations of the two offices, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals
• Report performance and progress to the management team
• Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources
• Grow the clinic through marketing efforts
• Develop customized plans of care based the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments
• Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion
• Complete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 2+ years of managerial experience and mentorship
• 6+ years of solid orthopedic skills
• Team player - willing to step in and cover as needed

Annual Salary: $120,000 -150,000, with additional bonus structure incentives.
