Data Engineer BI Developer

CTG is seeking a Data Engineer / BI Developer to support our client in building and optimizing data pipelines, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL workflows using PySpark and SQL .

• Create BI dashboards and data visualizations in Retool or Power BI .

• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data-driven insights.

• Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting.

• Support front-end web design and integration with BI tools.

Required Skills:

• Excellent PySpark and SQL coding ability.

• Proficient in Python and Java .

• Experience with Retool (ideal) or Power BI .

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or BI Developer.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
