Senior manager field training

We strive to inspire and grow our company, our partnerships, our science, and our people, because when we do, we deliver more for patients.The Senior Manager Field Training will be responsible for coordinating new hire training, ongoing training initiatives, and the development of training strategies and resources for current and future product indications. This role partners with internal stakeholders and field team leaders to design, develop, and deliver effective training for our field teams. The Senior Manager will manage overall training content, contribute to regional and national meetings, and play a critical role in supporting both existing and future product launches.Roles and Responsibilities:Coordinate new hire training support during onboarding, home study, and application trainingManage training content requirements for new hires, regional, and national meetings for all field-based rolesDesign, develop, and implement sustained learning programs to increase skills, knowledge, and performance of field teamsBuild training content for future product indicationsIdentify learning/training gaps and implement solutions to address needsCollaborate proactively with marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure field training aligns with brand messagingManage the MRC (medical, regulatory, and legal) process for new and existing training materialsLead the identification, selection, and day-to-day management of vendors, including SOW and PO generation and vendor managementContribute to both regional and national meetings throughout the yearDesired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experienceCommercial Training experience preferredStrong attention to detail and focus on information accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional groupsAbility to meet deadlines and multi-taskProven ability to problem-solve and build consensusExperience with Veeva Vault preferredAbility to manage projects with external vendorsPharmaceutical launch experience preferred#LI-RemoteAt argenx, all applicants are welcomed in an inclusive environment.
