Your impact on our mission:

As a Staff Product Manager in Zocdoc’s Appointments organization, you’ll own and evolve the core experience that powers our booking platform — one of the most critical steps of the patient journey.

This role sits at the intersection of our patient and provider experiences. You'll be responsible for deeply understanding both sides of the marketplace, and crafting experiences that serve our B2B2C ecosystem at scale.

This is both a highly strategic and deeply technical role for a systems thinker who thrives on solving complex product problems with massive reach and consumer-facing impact.

Your day-to-day will include:


  • Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zocdoc’s booking experience and platform within the core marketplace and across third-party channels

  • Partnering with Engineering and Design to architect scalable scheduling experiences that handle healthcare-specific edge cases while maintaining big-tech performance at scale

  • Working closely with Patient and Provider Product teams to build a seamless, unified experience across the entire booking journey

  • Leading experiments and data deep-dives to identify optimization opportunities and drive conversion across consumer-facing touchpoints

  • Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals to drive product decisions and continuously improve the scheduling experience


You’ll be successful in this role if you have:


  • 6-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-scale environments such as marketplaces, B2B2C platforms, or ecommerce

  • A strong technical background and ability to partner deeply with engineers to build performant and modular systems

  • Deep experience building and optimizing conversion flows and storefront experiences

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across product areas, unifying strategies and systems across user types

  • A data-driven mindset, fluent in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker) and working with analytics teams

  • A high degree of ownership and accountability, with experience driving complex roadmaps and aligning stakeholders

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

NYC Base Salary Range

$164,000—$246,000 USD
