Dispatch and Compliance Administrator
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Dispatch and Compliance Administrator to join a leading Company located in the Clifton Park/Half Moon, NY surrounding area.
Salary: $45,760 - 52,000
Are you someone who likes keeping things organized and running smoothly? This role puts you at the center of operations-making sure every load, every driver, and every record is accurate and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh and track materials coming in and going out.
- Process bills of lading, freight invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with drivers, haulers, and the logistics team to keep operations running on time.
- Keep records accurate and follow all safety and compliance rules.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have some industrial or logistics experience (preferred).
- Areorganized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
- Enjoy solving problems and helping a team succeed.
- Comfortable using computer systems and keeping accurate documentation.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.

- Interested in environmental or sustainability work.
- Enjoy working independently while supporting your team.
