Project Manager / Scrum Master
Project Manager / Scrum Master requires:
-Expertise in writing user stories with good acceptance criteria in JIRA
-Good understanding of ETL and Data warehouse concepts with some hands-on experience with data analysis
-Expert in managing JIRA boards, Dashboards, Confluence pages, Excel reporting, and creating and tracking KPIs

-Good communication and presentation skills
-Highly Preferred: Hands on Knowledge of Market Risk concepts and processes
-Secondary Preference: Knowledge of Financial and Derivatives related Risk concepts - Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk etc.
Project Manager / Scrum Master duties:
-Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
-Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
-Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring agile practices are followed and understood.
-Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
-Assist in tracking and removing impediments, fostering an environment for high team performance and continuous improvement.
-Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
-Manage project scope and timeline.
-Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 64.00 Per Hour
