Customer Experience Associate

Flintts Mouthwatering Mints is hiring an optimistic, personable and energetic Customer Experience Associate to join our rapidly growing company! This role puts you at the forefront as the voice of Flintts, where you will be engaging with customers, maintaining company reputation and upholding our brand image.

This is a hybrid remote position with in-person workdays at our Greenpoint, Brooklyn office. This is a full time position (40 hours per week) at the pay rate of $24.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable to change, self sufficient and detail oriented with excellent communication skills. Must be able to work well with others and also independently.

What you’ll be doing :

- Provide timely and accurate resolution for customer issues using various internal tools, platforms and communication systems such as Zammad, Slack, Tiktok Shop, Amazon, Meta, etc.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and consistency in brand voice and service standards.

- Manage and engage with customer feedback such as product reviews across multiple online selling platforms.

- Process and manage exceptions including special orders, returns, modifications and cancellations.

- Investigate delivery issues with various mail carriers and keep informed of any incidents impacting mail delivery.

- Coordinate with multiple departments to identify and resolve any processing or fulfillment issues.

- Proactively identify and report platform issues or system bugs to relevant team leads to ensure production stays within our standard resolution and/or processing timeline.

- Independently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and upholding high customer service ratings.

Who you are :

- Based in the Tri-state area with the ability to travel to our Greenpoint, Brooklyn office.

- Excellent proficiency of the English language (both verbal and written) is required for customer-facing communication.

- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / administration or hospitality.

- Experience working in a remote setting is preferred but not required.

- Experience with selling platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Tiktok, Amazon and/or ticketing systems is preferred but not required.

- Capable of self managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communicator who can connect with people from various backgrounds.

- Comfortable with adapting to change within a growing company.

- Passionate and excited to contribute to the growth of our brand.

- You are at least 18 years of age.
