Job Description

The AIDP Solutions Lead is responsible for leading a team of solutions engineers to drive education, adoption and enablement, and effective utilization of the AI Development Platform across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of customers, product teams, and engineering—ensuring teams are well-informed of AIDP capabilities, connected to the right solutions, and able to successfully deliver AI use cases leveraging the platform.

  • Identify demand patterns and influence AIDP product roadmap priorities

  • Build rapid prototypes, POCs, and reusable reference implementations to showcase capabilities

  • Create code samples, accelerators, and patterns to reduce time-to-value

  • Lead AIDP Office Hours (weekly open sessions for developers across the firm) and drive continuous learning across the organization

  • Champion AIDP community engagement by answering questions and scaling knowledge

  • Deploy forward into high-impact areas to accelerate builds and transfer knowledge back to the platform

  • Document best practices, architectures, and solution patterns in collaboration with teams

  • Elevate AIDP success stories and drive internal awareness of platform capabilities

  • Act as the central connector (‘glue’) across teams, products, and stakeholders

  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments

  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI

  • Background in platform engineering, developer enablement, or solution architecture

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
