We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager - Data Products at Healthie to accelerate the growth of our data product offerings. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data initiatives, ensuring the effective scaling of our data ecosystem. You'll play a key role in crafting and executing Healthie’s Data Products Roadmap for internal and external customers as well as working to drive the quality of data products and pipelines that empower critical business insights for Healthie and our customers.

About the role


The Technical Product Manager - Data Products will focus on managing the data team’s product strategy, which includes overseeing ETL workflows, data pipelines, and the development of our data lake and analytics products for internal and external customers. You’ll work closely with engineering, business units, and external stakeholders to translate user needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between data initiatives and business objectives. You will be responsible for launching multiple new products as well as overseeing iterative development over the product life cycle.

This is the ideal role for someone passionate about data solutions, eager to facilitate collaboration across teams, and excited to help build a robust, scalable data infrastructure that drives business decisions.   • This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our NYC HQ

  • The base salary for this role is $160,000-$180,000 per year.

  • U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

About you


  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year focused on data and reporting products or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • You have a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.

  • You excel at translating business needs into technical solutions, managing data initiatives, and driving product strategy.

  • You take ownership of managing data product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of data solutions.

  • You are passionate about identifying areas of opportunity to leverage data in building AI solutions that solve real problems for Healthie, our Providers, and their Patients.

  • You are a strong problem-solver, able to break down complex technical challenges and find solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Experience working with BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Looker, and familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.

  • Proficiency in SQL preferred.

  • You thrive in agile environments, with a bias toward execution and a focus on delivering results through iterative product development.

  • You are passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes through data-driven insights and solutions.
