We are currently seeking passionate, qualified healthcare professionals for the following roles:
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)- $21-$25/ hour
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)- $37-$42/ hour
- Registered Nurses (RNs)-$49-$56/hour

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Qualifications:
- Current, valid New York State CNA certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Qualifications:
- Current, valid New York State LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN/physician
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care procedures
Registered Nurse (RN)
Qualifications:
- Current, valid New York State RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred for acute care settings)
- BSN preferred; ASN/Diploma acceptable with relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (specialty certifications a plus)
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and clinical skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and CNAs
- Perform complex nursing procedures and interventions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation per facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Serve as patient advocate and family liaison
General Requirements (All Positions)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current tuberculosis (TB) screening
- Proof of required immunizations (including COVID-19 vaccine or approved declination)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card
- Reliable transportation to assignment locations across New York State
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements (All Positions)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move patients (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
- Manual dexterity for patient care tasks
- Visual and auditory acuity to monitor patient conditions
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
