Pay: $45,000-$62,000 (prorated) based on education and qualifications

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (full-time)

Location: Upper East Side Manhattan

Here’s what a Lead Preschool Teacher’s day looks like:

• Safety is our number one pillar! Ensure each student's health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols
• Lead preschool and enrichment classes by using our unique, creative and original curriculum to bring learning to life!
• Support each student in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth by learning through play in a positive and caring way
• Engage daily with parents and caregivers, sharing your classroom’s day-to-day activities and developmental milestones

• Have a High School Diploma with 5+ years of Preschool Lead Teaching experience OR
• Are actively studying towards an Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master's Degree in early childhood education or related field with at least 9 credits OR
• Have a BA or MA in ECE or related field and New York State Early Childhood Certification in B-2 or 1-6.
• Hold 2+ years of lead teaching experience in an early childhood classroom or Pre-k or Kindergarten ( required )
• Experience teaching a class of 2 year olds strongly preferred
• Are a lifelong learner!

The pay rate for this role is $45,000-$62,000 (Prorated) for Full Time (depending on education and certification status)

Physical Demands:

The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
