Bring your Heart... to Coarc

Location: Hudson, NY or Ghent, NY

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Are you ready to grow your career in human services - but not quite ready to lead alone just yet? This is your opportunity to learn, lead, and level up with purpose.

We're looking for an Assistant Residential Manager to become the trusted right hand to our Residential Manager. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with an experienced leader, learning the ropes while still making a big impact every day in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on program site)

+ Additional $2.00/hour weekend shift differential

Compensation varies by location (program site), with hourly rates ranging from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour. Employees working weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) will receive an additional $2.00 per hour.

A Steppingstone with Purpose:

This isn't just another job - it's a mentorship opportunity and a launchpad for your next career move. You'll get hands-on leadership experience while supporting the people we serve and guiding a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). You'll help with staff training, documentation, scheduling, and ensuring the individuals in our homes receive the respectful, person-centered care they deserve.

You're the Ideal Candidate If You:

  • Are a natural supporter and problem - solver who wants to grow into a leadership role?
  • Thrive when working closely with a mentor, learning from example
  • Have a passion for person-centered support and community inclusion
  • Bring a calm, compassionate presence and strong organizational skills
  • Are seeking a gentle step up - not a leap - into residential management

  • Be trusted with real responsibility, with room to grow
  • Join a mission-driven organization that values ethics, inclusion, and heart
  • Know that the work you do matters - every single day
