Infant Teacher Assistant

Join Our Team as an Infant Teacher Assistant!
We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team at Rich Beginnings Child Care Center as Infant Teacher Assistant. As an Infant Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for the infants in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead Infant Teacher in caring for and supervising infants
- Help create a stimulating and engaging environment for infants to learn and grow
- Change diapers, feed, and comfort infants as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and well-being
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with infants preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and able to provide individualized care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
