Partnerships Manager (Intern)
Job Type: Internship.
Location: New York (hybrid) or remote (NY, NJ, CA, and TX only).
We are seeking a Partnerships Intern to help drive our national expansion.
Your role will be to grow the company’s partner ecosystem. You will join a small, high-growth team in an early-stage environment with massive potential.
This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the future of a company that is growing fast and changing the way consumers take ownership over their health.
Duration: 3-6 Months full-time.
Responsibilities
· Build a pipeline of new partners.
· Onboard and manage new partners.
· Help develop new processes and tools for streamlining Business Development and partner growth.
· Track and report Business Development metrics.
Qualifications
· You have an interest in Business Development and Growth.
· You are competitive in nature and are able to work in a competitive, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
· You should be comfortable working with little supervision.
· You have excellent communication skills.
· You are familiar with the healthcare and/or wellness industry.
What you'll learn:
· Strategic prospecting: how to quickly find, qualify, and target the right partners.
· Independent sales execution: how to run your own pitche and calls with confidence early on.
· Data-driven optimization: how to use A/B testing on emails, scripts, and follow-ups to improve response and close rates. How to optimize workflows with AI.
· CRM use: how to utilize basic and advanced features in Hubspot.
· Documentation best practices: how to effectively create excellent documentation.
