HVAC Accounts Receivable Assistant
Large HVAC mechanical firm seeks an organized and detail-oriented person to support our finance team on a part-time/full-time basis, helping to manage incoming payments, maintain accurate financial records, and especially assist in ensuring timely collections. Duties include monitoring accounts to identify outstanding balances, following up on past-due accounts via phone and email, and supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively needed. QuickBooks, Excel, and skills a plus. Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
