● Job Overview

• This is a hands-on, execution-focused role aligned with the firm’s HQ operating processes.
• The core responsibility is managing the end-to-end flow of Keyword (Search Intent) → Ad Operations → Landing Page (Content) to consistently improve lead quality and conversion performance.

● Key Responsibilities

1. Keyword Selection & Management:

Identify and manage keywords that potential U.S. law firm clients search for, including intent-based categorization.

2. Paid Search Operations (Focus on Google Ads):

• Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns while driving continuous performance improvements.
• Manage keywords/negative keywords, adjust budgets/bidding, and oversee ad copy (including A/B testing).

3. Landing Page (Website) Content Creation & Management:

• Develop, audit, and request updates for landing page content linked to ads (copy, structure, CTA, etc.).
• Support the optimization of landing page quality and conversion flow from a performance marketing perspective.

4.Social Media Support (Preferred/Other):

• Assist with the operation of social media channels such as YouTube and Instagram, including basic content support.

●Qualifications

• Experience operating Paid Search campaigns, specifically Google Ads.
• Basic understanding of keyword research and conversion-oriented operations (CTR, CPA, Conversion, etc.).
• Ability to audit and identify improvement points for landing pages and web content from a "conversion" perspective.
• Strong execution skills, including checklist-based operations, reporting, and issue management.

● Preferred Skills and Experiences

• Experience in marketing for law firms, legal services, or other professional service industries.
• Experience with analytical tools such as GA/GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Experience in landing page optimization and basic A/B testing.
• Experience managing social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.

● Salary information : $36,000~48,000

(Adjustments based on skills, experience, and performance.)
