Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to fill a f ull- t ime, part-time or PRN shift.
Through strong personal relationships and thoughtful decision-making, each Licensed Practical Nurse LPN is entrusted to help support a meaningful life for, and with, the elders who are in our care.

*Hourly rate advertised includes shift differential, final rate will vary based on years of experience, and benefits package chosen.
