Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Host / Maître D’ to lead front-of-house operations during peak service and private events. This role requires a confident, detail-oriented professional who can balance guest experience, staff coordination, and smooth nightly execution.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests, managing the flow between reservations and walk-ins
Proactively alter Resy availability for upcoming events; message & coordinate upcoming reservations in advance
Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, and management teams to maintain service timing and quality
Monitor guest experience across the floor and proactively resolve issues
Ensure readiness and appearance of all guest areas throughout service
Assist with seating charts, reservation adjustments, and event coordination as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a leadership or Maître D’ role within a high-volume, cocktail, or fine-casual setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong presence on the floor and ability to manage multiple moving parts
Familiarity with Resy or similar reservation platforms
Professional demeanor, polished appearance, and guest-first mindset
Availability for Friday and Saturday nights and select weekday events
