Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies (social, email, content, paid).
- Produce high‑quality video content—concepting, scripting, filming, editing.
- Manage brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across platforms.
- Create compelling content for social media, website, and campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
- Support product launches, events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape marketing priorities and growth roadmap.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience; startup experience preferred.
- Strong video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content‑creation abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly, iterate fast, and deliver high‑quality work.
Schedule
- Flexible: fractional (10–20 hrs/week) or full‑time.
