- Provide exceptional, detail-oriented guest service
- Guide menu, wine, and cocktail selections
- Prepare classic and craft cocktails to standard
- Maintain clean, organized bar and service areas
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years in fine dining and bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and service standards
- Professional, reliable, and composed under pressure
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
