Join Renewal Memory Partners , where compassionate care meets purpose. We are seeking dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
We value caregivers who bring patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving quality of life for individuals and families navigating memory care needs.
Locations:
New York City (primarily Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx)
Schedule
Flexible availability preferred — Monday through Sunday shifts available
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist clients who are bed-bound or wheelchair-bound
Support safe transfers and mobility assistance
Use Hoyer lift equipment (preferred)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, respectful care environment
Requirements
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
Prior experience in dementia or Alzheimer’s care preferred
Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
Hoyer lift experience is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
