Position: Landscape Crew Leader

Job Description: As a Landscape Crew Leader at Hudson Landscapes, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscape technicians and laborers in the execution of landscape installation and maintenance projects. You will oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crews.
• Lead by example in performing landscape installations, including planting, sodding, irrigation, and hardscape features.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the crew.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape installation and maintenance
• Proficiency in operating landscape equipment such as mowers and trimmers
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
