Warehouse Distribution Specialist
Direct Hire : Position comes with a full suite of benefits, PTO, annual bonus' and more!
Shift : Monday-Friday (8AM-4:30PM)
Base Pay: $20.00 to $22.00/hr.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Distribution Specialist plays a crucial role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient distribution operations within a small team environment. This position requires hands-on experience with warehouse equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and proficiency in inventory and data management to maintain smooth receiving and shipping processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock levels
- Fulfill and process orders promptly and accurately
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping activities
- Receive goods and verify shipment contents
- Conduct quality control checks on products and shipments
- Replenish stock to optimize warehouse organization
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load and unload materials efficiently and safely
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse distribution, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite Software, required.
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Prior experience with pallet jack operation
