Now Hiring: Precision-Focused Warehouse Worker | Rochester, NY $18/hour, 1st shift

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately read and interpret decimals, tape measures, and calipers to cut materials to exact specifications.
• Pick and fill orders with precision and speed.
• Load and unload delivery trucks with care and accuracy.
• Use SAP ERP to manage inventory, process work orders, and track shipments.
• Prepare essential documentation: transfer orders, bills of lading, delivery notes, and more.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inventory-accurate warehouse.

• Proficient in reading decimals, tape measures, and calipers—precision is essential.
• Certified forklift operator with hands-on experience.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in inventory management and material handling.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (car required).

• Daily use of warehouse technology and tools including forklifts, pallet jacks, and precision measuring instruments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
