Electrician
We are working with a renewable energy company who is dedicated to designing and installing solar energy systems that power businesses and communities with clean, sustainable energy.
We are seeking a Solar Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing and supply chain operations for solar projects. This strategic role ensures that all materials, equipment, and services are sourced cost-effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and electrical components.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and foremen to forecast material needs
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for timely delivery
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, renewable energy, or electrical industries.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of solar energy systems and components highly preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency with ERP/procurement software.
