Job Description:
A well-established facilities services organization supporting clients across the New York Tri-State area is hiring a Bilingual Staffing Specialist to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding for field-based operations teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting, coordinating interviews, and helping employees successfully onboard into essential workforce roles.
What You'll Do:
· Recruit and screen candidates for facilities and janitorial roles supporting Long Island client sites
· Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers
· Schedule interviews based on active staffing needs and hiring volume
· Support new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation
· Process background checks and ensure hiring compliance requirements are met
· Maintain employee and applicant data within internal systems
· Monitor union documentation and onboarding requirements
· Partner with Payroll and HR teams to resolve onboarding or employee issues
What We're Looking For:
· Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
·1-2 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination experience
· Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment
· Strong organizational and scheduling skills
· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
