JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and sales team, ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and accurate assistance.- Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.- Process orders, returns, and assisting product information requests.- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics departments to expedite orders.- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.- Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.* *WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: - Office environment. Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.- Must adhere to all safety regulations.
