Remote Senior Product Designer - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Work with AI tools to accelerate the design process and innovate on product designs.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Product leadership to define and execute a forward-thinking design strategy.
• Create and validate design hypotheses through experimentation, leveraging A/B tests.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the design system and interaction patterns.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets in Figma and other AI tools.
• Design interactive prototypes to communicate flows and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible.
• Help maintain and evolve the design system through thoughtful application.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Deep experience with AI design tools and mobile-first design.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography and layout.
• Expertise in Figma with components and prototyping capabilities.
• Solid foundation in interaction design and user-centered thinking.
• Ability to adapt across projects and comfort in receiving feedback.
