Key Skills Required
- Primary (Expert Level - 15+ years): Data Analytics - Advanced Statistical Analysis & Modeling

- SQL, R, Python, Tableau
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling to deliver actionable insights
- Develop compelling data visualizations using Tableau and other tools
- Leverage SQL, R, and Python for full-stack data analysis
- Serve as thought partner to cross-functional teams with strategic recommendations
- Apply statistical/ML techniques to solve complex business problems
Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in Analytics and Strategy roles (payments/fintech preferred)
- Expertise with SQL, R/Python, and Tableau for end-to-end data analysis
- Strong business acumen with strategic and operational thinking
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant quantitative field
- Experience leading organization-wide strategic analytics initiatives
- Track record of transforming complex problems into actionable insights
