We’re seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and enjoys being at the center of a well-coordinated team.

You’ll handle a variety of procedural tasks - from managing communication and documentation to supporting our service and construction departments. Every day is a little different, and you’ll be right at the center of it all, supporting a great team that truly values what you do.

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
• Manage schedules, correspondence, and office documentation.
• Coordinate administrative processes for accounting, HR, and insurance functions.
• Support leadership with project coordination, reporting, and follow-up.
• Maintain a professional, well-organized office environment that reflects the company’s standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Provide general support to Service and Construction teams as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office management role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
