As the Growth Media Senior Specialist at Mondo, you will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive performance marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth. From strategic planning to campaign optimization, you'll leverage your expertise to maximize ROI, enhance audience targeting, and elevate campaign performance across various channels. With a focus on data-driven insights and innovation, you'll lead the charge in staying ahead of industry trends and driving continuous improvement in our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns throughout the lifecycle.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret campaign data.
- Derive actionable insights to optimize ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Lead sophisticated audience research, segmentation, and targeting initiatives.
- Utilize advanced targeting capabilities to optimize audience selection and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and assets.
- Oversee A/B testing and iteration cycles to refine and enhance campaign performance.
- Effectively manage and allocate campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Generate detailed reports and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Lead the adoption of innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and optimization.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
