What you will do:

• Oversee daily finance operations and general bookkeeping to ensure accurate and timely records.
• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Assist the Finance Manager with bank reconciliations and month-end closing processes.
• Maintain compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain complete and organised accounting records locally, and coordinate with HQ to resolve accounting-related queries.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and HQ within required deadlines.
• Coordinate with tax agents for timely tax filing and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules and documents required for audit purposes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and finance-related tasks as assigned.

What we seek:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English.
