Cocktail Server
The Bronze Owl is an elevated cocktail lounge and social destination in the heart of New York City, offering craft cocktails, curated experiences, live events, and high-energy nightlife. We are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional hospitality and attentive service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Uphold company standards of hospitality and professionalism
- Previous cocktail server or upscale dining experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- NYC Food Handler's Certificate is a plus
