Join Noble Therapy NY as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to supervise MFT limited permit holders in Brooklyn, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to guide emerging professionals while making a positive impact on the community through mental health support. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor MFT limited permit holders in their clinical practice.
- Provide regular feedback and support to enhance therapeutic skills and techniques.
- Conduct individual and group supervision sessions to promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
- Facilitate case discussions and provide insights on client treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of supervision activities and client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create a supportive environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Current LMFT license in New York State.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy.
- Experience supervising or mentoring early-career therapists preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of current therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
- Passion for helping others and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
