Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 11 PM–7:30 AM; Sat 7 AM–5 PM (hours may vary)
Requirement: Steel-toe shoes

Overview:
This is a physically demanding sanitation role , not a janitorial position. You will clean and maintain food production equipment used in pudding manufacturing, ensuring strict food safety standards.

Key Duties:

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble kettles and piping systems
• Scrub large kettles using chemicals, tools, and power washers
• Follow sanitation procedures (SSOP) and safety guidelines
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Complete cleaning documentation
• Work with QA to meet cleanliness standards

Expectations:

• Clean kettles thoroughly within 60–75 minutes after training

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined
• Able to follow written/verbal instructions
• Basic knowledge of safety/chemical handling

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for full shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in hot/cold, wet environments

Language: Must read/write in English or Spanish
