We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead the team at a modern fine dining restaurant celebrated for its artistry, hospitality, and cultural depth.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in fine dining or Michelin-level operations
- Proven success leading high-performing teams with a focus on hospitality and culture
- Strong understanding of service flow, guest relations, and operational execution
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and labor management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- NYC Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience managing high-profile restaurants within a multi-unit hospitality group
- Expertise with POS systems, reservation and event platforms (Resy, TripleSeat, etc.)
- Skilled in inventory systems, vendor relations, and facility management
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and build a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Creative problem-solving and guest recovery abilities with a service-first mindset
