Store Support Associate (Saks 5th Ave)
Our client, a luxury fashion house , is seeking a Sales/Stock Support Associate to join the team at Saks 5th Avenue in NYC.
This is a full-time, temporary position starting ASAP and continuing for the next 6 months, with the potential to extend. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Support client advisors with daily sales floor needs and customer service
- Assist with product flow, restocking, and running merchandise to the floor
- Welcome customers and help connect them with available sales associates
- Maintain visual displays and keep back of house organized and stocked
- Support cash wrap, complete assigned projects, and follow company procedures
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of retail experience, ideally within luxury or high-end environments
- Comfortable working in both client-facing and back of house settings
- Able to take direction, adapt quickly, and support changing business needs
- Strong team player with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift
Salary: $24 per hour
