Senior full stack developer

Job Title: (Fractional) Senior Full-Stack Developer/Technical Lead (Healthcare, AR/VR, Retail) – Part-Time, 2-Year Contract

Location: Hybrid/On-site in Queens/Brooklyn, NY

Compensation: $70–$75/hour (DOE), 20+ hours/week, 2-year contract Additional Incentives: Milestone bonus, Advisory equity (vesting at contract completion)

About the Role: Lead the technical charge from concept to launch as our Fractional Senior Full-Stack Developer/Technical Lead. You will own end-to-end delivery of an innovative healthcare, dermatology, and retail platform integrating AI/ML, AR/VR, vector imaging, and embedded EMR—making strategic decisions, coordinating development, and ensuring best-in-class results across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

· Direct and execute full-stack technical architecture and delivery, from planning to deployment

· Lead integration of AI/ML, AR/VR, vector imaging, EMR/retail/CRM modules, cloud and API services

· Oversee coding standards, security, compliance (HIPAA/GDPR), and audit protocols

· Recruit and coordinate support talent (no-code/low-code, QA, design, compliance specialists)

· Ensure on-time, high-quality rollouts that exceed stakeholder requirements

Requirements:

· Extensive real-world experience and proven track record in end-to-end delivery as a Senior Full-Stack Developer/Technical Lead

· Demonstrated leadership steering cross-functional teams to successful launches in web/app development

· Effective at bridging front-end and back-end integration, managing sophisticated deployments, and solving complex technical challenges

· Strong communicator, independent and collaborative, focused on outcomes

· Experience in healthcare, retail, AR/VR, or AI-driven platforms highly desirable
