Senior Real Property Clerk
REAL PROPERTY TAX SERVICES
NOTICE OF ANTICIPATED VACANCY
A) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma; and
B) Three (3) years of experience in a position dealing with real property records, real estate values, property assessments, zoning tax maps or other related fields.The position will be filled based upon Civil Service requirements. A provisional appointment will be made with examination to be held at a later date. Candidate must meet Civil Service requirements for appointment following establishment of the Eligible List.
