Waiter / Waitress
We are seeking an experienced, polished Server who brings a passion for authentic Italian hospitality, regional cuisine, and fine wine to the dining room. If you take pride in providing seamless service, guiding guests through a curated Italian menu, and elevating every meal with thoughtful beverage pairings, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
What You’ll Do
Guide the Dining Experience: Present menus, articulate daily specials, and guide guests through authentic Italian dishes with deep product knowledge.
Elevate with Wine Pairings: Confidently recommend Italian wine pairings (from Chianti and Barolo to crisp Vermentinos) to enhance guests' meals.
Deliver Seamless Service: Take precise orders, manage table timing, run food/drinks, and maintain a attentive, high-touch floor presence.
Collaborate & Maintain: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timing accuracy, keep dining tables immaculate, and process POS payments smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 3 years of upscale or high-volume table service experience.
Culinary Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of regional Italian cuisine, traditional ingredients, and terminology.
Wine Proficiency: Solid understanding of Italian wine regions, varietals, and pairing principles.
Service Skills: Exceptional communication, multi-tasking abilities, and a warm, professional presence.
Availability: Flexible schedule.
