We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-driven Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

What You'll DoAs Front of House Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of the restaurant while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations during service
Coach, mentor, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
Create an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest hospitality standards
Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with confidence
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily staffing needs
Monitor service flow and make real-time operational decisions during peak business hours
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members
Conduct performance coaching and hold staff accountable to company standards
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and ownership team to ensure seamless operations
Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture built on accountability and excellence
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven success motivating, coaching, and developing service teams
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Hands-on management style with a willingness to work alongside the team
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Experience maintaining staff accountability and performance standards
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable, professional, and dependable
Immediate availability is a plus
$65,000–$70,000 annual salary
